Therefore, we do not warrant that you may legally purchase, own or carry specific products offered in our catalogs.

When you place an order with us for products that may have restrictions, you warrant to us that you are a legal adult without legal disabilities and are in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
There are products listed in our catalog and on our website that require an Export License to send outside of the U.S. It is the policy of this company that any product controlled by the U.S. State, Commerce or OFAC Departments will not be shipped until a determination is made if a License is required and or received. Furthermore, Export of U.S. Controlled Items prohibits exporting or re-exporting at anytime without proper authorization from the U.S. Department of Commerce, State or OFAC (whichever applies).

Conditions of Use
If we should run out of stock on an item, we’ll back order that item for you if the value is over $5. Items less than $5 will be cancelled. Should there be a lengthy delay (OVER 90 DAYS) in availability of an item, we will cancel the order and issue store credit.
INVENTORY LEVELS CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED
Orders that require additional manufacturing and shipping time are agreed to by the customer of this additional time.
Customer agrees to this in full and agrees to not to perform a charge back with their financial institution because of non delivery of item.
Special Orders can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks to be delivered.

SALE, CLEARANCE, CLOSEOUTS
Any items that are on sale, closeout or clearance, are considered final and ineligible for returns or exchanges.
NEXT DAY AIR SHIPMENTS
Available for phone orders/online orders only, to physical street addresses in the continental U.S.
A surcharge of $18.00 is applied to all orders that request overnight/next day delivery.
Not available for P.O. Box, or APO/FPO addresses or international addresses.
Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are based on the value of your order, the destination of your package, and the service you desire.
Due to restricted delivery areas, excessive weight, or over-sized packages that cannot be serviced by one carrier, we may be forced to substitute carriers when necessary.
We will select the most economical method of shipment.

What is item processing time ?
After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product’s quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times. Generally, the average processing time is 4 business days (approximately); however, this is dependent on the item’s stock status.
For small quantity orders, the processing time is 2-7 business days while large quantities can take approximately 3-7 business days to process.
Shipping time is 7-10 business days, unless you are requesting expedited shipping.
International orders can only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service or International Air, excluding APO/FPO addresses.
Telephone number, fax number, or email address must be included. Recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes that may apply.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the date of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in original condition along with packaging (example: warranty information, instructions, box, etc.).
A 20% restocking fee will apply on all orders.
Custom orders made to your specifications cannot be returned for exchange or credit.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted on items which have been used for their intended purpose. We will not accept items for return or exchange if they have been subjected to unusual application or abuse.
Note: We reserve the right to either replace, repair, or refund your money.
All sale items are FINAL SALE
Final Sale orders are eligible for exchange only.
Buyer pays return shipping.
All backorders not filled will be issued store credit valid for one year.
RETURNING AN ITEM
In the event that you need to return an item for exchange, please follow these directions:
E-mail [email protected] and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Explain the reason for return and include all documentation or pictures of the item(s).
If you received an item that was damaged, defective or was sent in error by us, we will credit you for the returned item shipping charges upon receipt at our return processing center, and send you your replacement with no additional charges.
It shouldn’t cost you anything additional for our mistake!
Customer Service will respond to your inquiry.
DO NOT SEND ANY RETURNS WITHOUT A “RAN”.
The package will be refused and returned to sender at sender’s cost.
Once you have received your RAN, please follow the next directions.
Include a copy of the packing slip along with instructions for our return department (exchange).
Return package via post office (insured) to our Returns Facility.
Kit items are ineligible for return and are deemed Final Sale-No Returns
Refunds will post back to the charge card within 30 days.
All cancellations must be within 48 hours after order processing.

If approved, your refund will post on your charge card within 5 days.
If disapproved, a in-store credit will be issued valid for one year from the date of issuance.
If approved after the cancellation period, a 5% fee will be applied for processing services.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
For packages damaged during shipping or items missing (except for those on backorder), please follow these instructions:
